We strive to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible. Most special orders will take between 5-10 business days to be fulfilled. We do not guarantee the time that fulfillment takes. All special order sales are final and no returns are accepted.
Service tickets may be charged up to $20 for additional parts needed to complete work. We will contact you for any additional charged over $20. Service tickets left more than 5 days after completion will be charged $5 per day in storage fees. All special orders sales are final and no returns are accepted.
Work order bikes left for over 30 days will be considered abandoned and property of Two-Wheel Jones Bicycles.
